We GUARANTEE the people we place with you
Trend Personnel has a very high success rate with both permanent and temporary placements.
We offer full replacement guarantees.
Temporary Placement:
If the performance of the temporary/contract employee does not meet the agreed requirements of the assignment and we receive notification of this within 36 hours of commencement, we will replace the temp at no charge for the first 4 hours.
Permanent Placement:
- If the candidate you have selected through us leaves your employ within 3 months of the date of commencement, we offer a free replacement. With more senior positions, we offer up to 6 months guarantee.
- This guarantee will only be validated if the fee has been paid within 14 days of the date of the invoice and we have been notified in writing within 5 days of the termination date, providing the termination is not due to retrenchment, change of job description or working conditions.
- The guarantee relates to a specific job description, therefore we reserve the right to negotiate our placement terms should there be changes in the job description originally recruited for.
- We will not offer more than one replacement guarantee on a particular position.
