When you employ a temporary person from Trend Personnel, the temp completes an online timesheet of hours worked.
An authorised person is sent an email to approve and accept these hours as correct.
We then pay the temp for the hours approved on the timesheet.
We also pay their superannuation and workers compensation. We bill the client for these productive hours only.
